hey does anyone know what size the factory tweeters are in the 2005 neon sxt?

I think it is just a small speaker...2.75" Im thinking? they are an odd size. I just took mine out completely.

AS she stated 2 3/4 - 3 1/2 range is waht I experienced!

If you do a small amount of cutting you can fit a 4" speaker in there place.

It looks like the tweeter itself is smaller and mounted in a 3½" basket. If you're buying replacements, a 3½" drops right in. Dodge used that size for nearly all their cars with upper dash speakers.
